using ESO-MIDAS Problem Reports

The ESO-MIDAS problem reports are stored in a Remedy data base at ESO.
Login as guest, no password needed.

A form is opening and you find yourself in the default mode: Search
click on the "New request" button on the top to switch to mode: New.

You must at least fill in 4 fields:
  • E-mail (your address)
  • Category (choose from list)
  • Synopsis (one line summary)
  • Detailed Description (here the description of the problem)
then, to send us your PR, click on the Save button above which gets shaded.

to quit click on the Logout button
