All other long term calibrations (HC arcs and FFs) are inserted by CalobBuild in a rotation scheme depending 
on the day of the week to cover all slit systems. If we miss one day, we just wait a few days and the 
calibration will do done again. Alternatively one can go to the past CALOB.<DATE>.obd and execute those 
calibrations which are always at the end of the OB (for GIRAFFE section).
