This plot
This is the trending plot of the daily check flat
taken as part of the daily health check procedure.
This plot describes the standard deviation of product checkflat frames.
The product is simply : raw checkflat divided by the reference chekflat :
1. The stdev in UL window from 206,718 to 306,818, size=100x100, centered in UL quadrant at 256,768
2. The stdev in CC window from 462,462 to 562,562, size=100x100, centered in 512,512
3. The stdev in UR window from 718,718 to 818,818, size=100x100, centered in UR quadarant at 768,768
4. The stdev in LL window from 206,206 to 306,306, size=100x100, centered in LL quadrant at 256,256
6. The stdev in LR window from 718,206 to 818,306, size=100x100, centered in LR quadrant at 768,768
