This plot shows the stdev of the master darks's median row resolved per detector quadrant for the daily acquired DARKs in DoubleReadResetRead, HighSensitivity, DIT=0.5sec mode.

The plot was introduced to monitor the enhanced noise in every 8th column in the upper right (UR) detector quadrant, which started on 2012-02-10 and terminated at 2012-03-30. The rms of the median row is dominated by 'vertically aligned' structures, like the 8-col noise. In the absence of the 8-col noise the residual RMS is due to the fixed pattern noise in the master dark.  

General information

Click on any of the plots to see a close-up version. The latest date is indicated on top of the plot, data points belonging to that date are specially marked.

  • outliers are marked by a red asterisk. They are defined as data points outside the threshold lines
  • "aliens" (= data points outside the plot Y limits) are marked by a red arrow (↑ or ↓)
