CCD glow measurement for GIRAFFE IDPs taken before 2008-05 (old CCD)

Data taken with the old GIRAFFE CCD (used until 2008-05) show an amplifier glow 
in the uppermost part of the CCD. The glow was variable in strength. For the IDPs
it was attempted to remove it using master darks scaled properly in exposure time.

In order to measure possible remnants of the glow the residuals in the glow
area were measured with the qc parameter qc_glow. Ideally (no remnant) it should be
0. Above about 10-15 the slopes of the spectra are affected noticeably, either by 
over or by under-correction.
