Explanation of table "Observations to date"

Entries in the Table:

Date: Date of the Service Observation.
OB_ID: The OB identification number of the OB observed.
Seeing: Either seeing during the observation (as measured from the observed image) or ACD link to the ESO Ambient Conditions Database web page
Sky: Weather conditions during the observation or (for observations after March 1, 2001) the LOSSAM link which shows measurements of the Line Of Sight Sky Absorption Monitor
Status: Status of the Observing Block.
- Completed: The entire OB was executed within the user specified criteria;
- Executed: The OB was executed, but did not completely fulfill the user specified criteria;
- Aborted: The OB was not fully executed.
  If an OB has been aborted during execution, its status is not reported, because it is not always clear from the database status report whether there are useful data takeen. All aborted OBs are re-scheduled for execution.
- Failed: The OB with absolute time windows has all time windows expired.
[OB Name] or Observer Remarks: For all OBs observed after May 2001, the OB name. Before April 2001 general remarks.
