               VLT-SW-MAR2001 - RELEASE NOTES FOR SEQ

   Changes (with respect to NOV2000):

     - None
	
   New Features (with respect to NOV2000):

     - seq_ccsInit now has the options "-sendObituaries" and 
       "-recvObituaries", in order to set the behaviour w.r.t.
       obituaries. These options are only valid on CCS-lite, and
       will produce an error when invoked on full CCS. The type
       of CCS is reflected by the global variable seq_ccsType.

   All changes and enhancements are documented in their respective
   manpages.
