             VLT-SW-OCT99 - RELEASE NOTES FOR VXWorks
             ========================================

The VxWorks 5.3 kernel has been regenerated to enable ATM support

The separate installation have been merged so that the 
distribution kit contains under the same directory structure
both HP and SUN host code and both 68k and PPC targets.


At present, the usage of Tornado II is under investigation.
