NAME

STANDBY - switch TIF module to STANDBY state

SYNOPSIS


    STANDBY                                                          .

DESCRIPTION


    Switches the TIF module (not the modules tif uses) from any other
    state to STANDBY
    In STANDBY state no user commands that are distributed to other
    applications are accepted, only standard commands like ONLINE.
    The parameter devName is not used.
