NAME

tifLGSF_PUBLIC.class - Public TCS database class

SYNOPSIS


#include "tifLGSF_PUBLIC.class" in a branch configuration file

DESCRIPTION


This file contains the definition of the tifLGSF_PUBLIC database class
which defines the public LGSF database structure.
It defines a set of attributes that LGSF defines as publicly accessible.
A user willing to access some of these attributes must:
    - put an instance of this class in its own environment
    - create the proper set of scan link using the tifLgs.scan
      configuration file (for use with e.g. pkginBuild)
    - modify the activation of the scan links for the attributes (s)he
      doesn't need

CAUTIONS


Protection is achieved allowing only predefined workstations to scan
from the LGSF/TCS workstation by configuring properly the LGSF/TCS
workstation scan system.

Changing the configuration of scanning parameters with respect to the
provided configuration file or scanning of other LGSF attributes is
considered illegal.
