DESCRIPTION


This file contains the definition of the tifTCS_LOCAL database class which
allows to create instances of the TCS public database structure inside the TCS
envionment itself.
It is derived from the tifTCS_LOCAL class and just uses the Calculation Engine
to directly retrieve the defined values from their proper places in the TCS
database instead of establishing scan links.
Look at the man page of tifTCS_PUBLIC for details on the exported attributes.
