OFFSADG - Issue a combined offset step in RA and declination

SYNOPSIS


    OFFSADG offsetAlpha,offsetDelta

DESCRIPTION


    offsetAlpha: RA offset in arcseconds (-3600.0 - 3600.0)
    offsetDelta: declination offset in arcseconds (-3600.0 - 3600.0)

    Combined offset from the current sky coordinates.
    The Guide Probe is counter-moved to compensate for the telescope
    movement and to stay on the original sky coordinates.
    Offsets work incremental. They are forgotten when new coordinates are
    issued.
