OFFSROT - Issue a rotator offset step in degrees

SYNOPSIS


    OFFSROT offset

DESCRIPTION


    offsetRot: Rotator ofset in degrees (-360.0 - 360.0)

    Offset the rotator from the current position.
    Offsets work incremental. They are forgotten when new coordinates are
    issued.
