NAME
OFFSXY - Issue an offset step in selected X/Y-system.
SYNOPSIS
OFFSXY offsetX,offsetY
DESCRIPTION
offsetX: X offset in arcseconds (-3600.0 - 3600.0)
offsetY: Y offset in arcseconds (-3600.0 - 3600.0)
Offset from the current telescope sky coordinates.The X/Y directions
are in a plane parallel to the focal plane. The directions are speci-
fied with the command SETXY.
Offsets work incremental. They are forgotten when new coordinates are
issued.
