NAME

DESCRIPTION

   This command is used to select the observing instrument.
   After this command the
   selected instrument gets the light beam and TCS is configured with all
   the parameters for this instrument.
   If required by the newly selected  instrument,
   also a change of focus station is performed.
   All instrument configuration data can be changed at any time with the
   SETINSD command, with the exception of the focus station for the
   currently selected instrument.
