SETAV - Set additional velocity

SYNOPSIS


    SETAV offsetAlpha,offsetDelta

DESCRIPTION


    offsetAlpha: velocity relative to RA in arcsec/sec (-15.0 - 15.0)
    offsetDelta: velocity relative to declination in arcsec/sec (-15.0 - 15.0)
    Move the telescope with a constant velocity on the sky relative to
    the basic coordinates.
    The offset is NOT incremental.
    The velocity is forgotten when a new coordinate is given.
