DESCRIPTION


This file contains the definition of the tifTCS_CO_PUBLIC database class which
defines the public TCS COUDE database structure used by VLTI-ISS
It defines a set of attributes that TCS defines as publicly accessible.
A user willing to access some of these attributes must:
    - put an instance of this class in its own environment
    - activate the scan links for the attributes he needs
