Tato hrstka jasných modrých stálic je hvězdokupa NGC 2547. Jedná se o zcela nedávno zformovanou skupinu hvězd v jižním souhvězdí Plachet. Snímek by pořízen pomocí kamery WFI (Wide Field Imager) a dalekohledu MPG/ESO o průměru primárního zrcadla 2,2 m, který pracuje na observatoři La Silla v Chile.
