Dalekohled ESO/VLT zkoumal působivou oblast hvězdotvorby ve Velkém Magellanově oblaku, jedné ze satelitních galaxií naší Galaxie. Na tomto detailním záběru je zachycena dvojice nápadných zářivých oblaků plynu: načervenalý NGC 2014 a jeho namodralý soused NGC 2020. Přestože se navzájem výrazně liší, oba oblaky jsou formovány mohutným hvězdným větrem extrémně horkých mladých hvězd, které jsou zároveň zodpovědné za jejich záři.
