Armazones road construction site
In the middle of the dry and hot Atacama Desert a new road is built from the Paranal Observatory to the mountain top of Armazones. This road will connect give access to the construction site of the ELT, which will be placed atop Armazones, just 20 kilometres away from Paranal.
