The European Integration Facility at ALMA
A photograph of 12-metre antennas at the European integration facility at the ALMA OSF, on 24 March 2011. Here the European antennas are assembled and tested, before being handed over to ALMA. ESO, the European partner in ALMA, will provide 25 12-metre antennas through a contract with the European AEM Consortium (Thales Alenia Space, European Industrial Engineering, and MT-Mechatronics).
