The Laser Guide Star for the VLT
PARSEC, the Laser Guide Star for the VLT during tests in the lab at the ESO Headquarters in Garching. PARSEC is part of the Laser Guide Star Facility (LGSF) that is installed on the VLT YEPUN and produces a artificial guide star used for Adaptive Optics correction.
