Preliminary Inquiry and subsequent Call for tender to select potential suppliers in the ESO Member States for the provision of business travel services at ESO Headquarters for staff and visitors. The  Contract shall be for a period of 3 years plus 2 optional years for extension. The services shall include a 24 hrs service line. The Preliminary Inquiry is scheduled to be issued in Q1 2013.
