Et nytt, dramatisk bilde av kosmiske skyer i stjernebildet Orion avdekker noe som kan se ut som et brennende bånd på himmelen. Den oransje gløden representerer svak stråling fra kalde, interstellare støvkorn. Det menneskelige øye kan ikke se slik langbølget lys, men det kan det ESO-drevne APEX-teleskopet (Atacama Pathfinder Experiment) i Chile.
