We would like to set up an observation project devoted to quasars. You will find attached a three-page document describing our project (Winword V 2.0 format). You may pull it over by `Save File'.
We would be very interested in getting in touch with other amateur groups throughout Europe (and elsewhere!) which could take part in our project. Some professional astronomers might also be interested.
