Astronomy On-Line: Registration Form

The AOL Registration Form contains a number of fields which must be filled out in order to register a Group for active participation in the Astronomy On-Line Programme.

When all relevant fields have been carefully filled out, the submission of the registration is done automatically by pushing the button at the bottom of the form. The other button resets all fields to blank.

The organisers will acknowledge your registration by email as soon as possible (or ask for additional information, if necessary).

Some of the information here (Group Designation, Name of Leader, School/Club Name, School/Association/Club Address, Group Email and URL addresses, Group Description) will be made available at the AOL WWW sites where it can be read by all Participating Groups. You may wish to put more information about your group, your city, your interests, your equipment, etc., on your own Website at the indicated URL which can then also be accessed by all others.

Group Designation:	A 'name' for your group which makes it easy for others to refer to you
School Name:	Name of your school/association/club (in the national language)
School Address:	Full address (street, postal code and city, country)
School Phone:	Telephone number with country and area codes (e.g. +49-89-32006276)
School Fax:	Fax number with country and area codes (e.g. +49-89-3202362)
Leader Name:	Full name of Group Leader
Leader Age:	Group Leader's age (years)
Leader Gender:	M(ale) or F(emale); push the button
Member Name:	Full name of Group Member (repeat for each Member)
Member Age:	Member's age (years)
Member Gender:	M(ale) or F(emale); push the button
Group Email:	Email address where the group can be reached
Group URL:	URL of the Group (http://...) where the group can be reached. If your URL is not yet available, please register now anyhow - your URL may be registered at a later moment (by email to the organisers; remember to indicate your Group Designation!)
Group Description:	It is suggested to insert here some information about your group (from which school class, which section of the astronomical club, etc.), that may be of interest to other groups. This may also include some words about the city and/or geographical area in which your group is located. It would also be useful to specify any particular interests of your group (e.g. galaxies, planets) which may make it easier to 'meet' other groups with similar orientation within in the AOL Programme. Please try to restrict the length of your text in this field to about 200 words at most.
