  1. To which email address should I send my work?

Please do not send your work to us by email. Web-based forms for uploading your work will soon be available.

  2. I am a teacher. Can I be the teacher for more than one team, or is each teacher limited to one team?

A teacher can be the teacher for more than one team. However, each student can only belong to one team.

  3. Can a school enter more than one competition category?

Yes. Different teams or students from one school can enter the Catch a Star Researchers, Adventurers, or Artists competitions. However, each student can only enter one category.

  4. Can students from different schools form a team together?

Yes. However, please enter a single contact address (for example for one of the schools) when you register.

  5. Do we register before uploading our work, or at the same time? The forms are the same!

You can do either. You can register your details using the form, and upload your file using the form at the same time. Or, you can register your details without submitting a file, and log in later to upload your work. Either way, you can change your uploaded file, and your other details, until the deadline.

  6. Can entries for Catch a Star Artists be done using computer programs, or must the entries be done using traditional media?

If you want, you can use a computer program to create your artwork, or of course you can use traditional media (paint, pastels, pencils, crayon, and so on). Either way, please make sure that you upload a file in one of the allowed formats - JPEG, PNG, or GIF.

  7. I am a student. Can I take part in Catch a Star without the help of a teacher?

Yes. Just remember to select the box marked "no leading teacher" when you register for the competition.

  8. I am a university student. Can I take part in Catch a Star?

Unfortunately not. Team members for Catch a Star must be students who are still in primary or secondary school on 29 February 2008..
