Les objets Herbig-Haro HH 46/47 observés au moyen du New Technology Telescope de l'ESO

Cette image acquise par le New Technology Telescope de l'ESO installé à l'Observatoire de La Silla au Chili montre l'objet Herbig-Haro HH 46/47 sous la forme de jets issus d'une étoile en formation au sein d'un nuage sombre. Cet objet a été étudié durant la première phase d'exploitation scientifique d'ALMA.
