The magnificent Carina Nebula

The Carina Nebula, located in the Carina constellation, lights up in a bright red of this image taken at ESO's La Silla Observatory. The Carina Nebula is home to a the Eta Carinae star system, stars with a combined luminosity five million times higher than the Sun.
