ALMA from the Air

This video begins near the ground of the Chajnantor Plateau, at 5000 metres altitude in the Chilean Andes. The video camera being used is mounted to a hexacopter and as it begins its ascent we get a magnificent view of the antennas that make up the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA).
