Description: Takes care of requests by the user to perform chopping cycles. Chopping on the AT will have limited capabilities with respect to the UT. It will be used primarily by the MIDI 10 mm Instrument. It is performed using M6. Coordination with FS is necessary to enable FS during chopping

Architecture: The chopping package has a WS and a LCU part. The WS part is responsible for coordination with other WS packages. The LCU part takes care of the real-time functions and synchronisation with the STRAP. The LCU server implements the commands needed for the high-level control. There will also be a control loop process implemented that actually synchronises with the STRAP system.
