Description:  Set the Reference Temperature for the Air Conditioning

Frequency: At any time while AC is active.

Package Assignment:  Air Conditioning System.

Preconditions: 

• AC is active

Basic Course: 

• Send command SETTEMP <temp> to set the AC Reference Temperature
  Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS checks Tref against allowed temperature range (including Tdew)
  Exception Course: Illegal Tref
• ATCS sends the command to the Air Conditioning sub-system

  Interface:  IfAirConditioning.SetRefTemp

  Exception Course: Command failed
  Postcondition: Tref set
• ATCS returns OK reply

Exception Course: Command failed

• ATCS returns ERROR reply

Exception Course: Illegal Tref

• ATCS returns ERROR reply

Postconditions: 

• The Air Conditioning sub-system is regulating the enclosure temperature at the given reference Tref
