Description:  Apply a position vector to M2 to correct the M2 position.

• M2 Online

Basic Course: 

• Send command CORM2 for M2 position setting
  
• ATCS gets permission for corrections through ACT Access Control
  Exception Course:permission not granted
  
• ATCS reads position vector from database
• ATCS send commands Set M2 Focus
  Set M2 Center
  
• ATCS releases permission for corrections through ACT Access Control
• ATCS sends OK reply

Exception Course: permission not granted

• ATCS sends Error reply
  

Postconditions: 

M2 correction applied.
