Use Case:  Get Guide Star Data

Description:  This function returns the actual guide star position, the position error, the estimated magnitude and FWHM, the average sky background level in the guide window outside the guide star area and, optionally, the average magnitude and FWHM values (in the last 1, 3, 10 seconds approximately).

Preconditions: 

• AG or FS is active

Basic Course: 

• Send command to request guide star data
  Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS retrieves and calculates all required data
  Exception course: Command failed
• ATCS returns OK reply with requested data

Exception Course: Command failed

• ATCS returns ERROR reply

Postconditions: 

• Guide star data available
