Description:  Monitor the Flow Meter of the Cooling Liquid

Frequency: once per minute

Package Assignment:  Services.

Preconditions: 

• ATCS state is STANDBY or ONLINE

Basic Course: 

• TRS triggers the readout of the Flow Meter
  Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS sends command to the Liquid Cooling Module sub-system

  Interface:  IfService.Lcm.FlowMeter

• ATCS updates the measure of the Liquid Cooling Module flow-meter
• ATCS checks the measured flow against limit
  • Subflow: Flow below limit

Subflow: Flow below limit

• ATCS raises an alarm and logs the error

Postconditions: 

• The Flow Meter is monitored periodically

Notes:The minimum flow is configurable in the local database.
