Description:  Check the Liquid Cooling Module status

Preconditions: 

• ATCS state is STANDBY or ONLINE

Basic Course: 

• TRS triggers the readout of the LCM Status
  Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS sends command to the Liquid Cooling Module sub-system

  Interface:  IfService.Lcm.GlobalStatus

  Exception Course: Communication failed Exception Course: Command failed
• ATCS updates the status of the Liquid Cooling Module sub-system

Exception Course: Communication failed

• ATCS logs the error
• ATCS set the module subState Error

Exception Course: Command failed

• ATCS logs the error

Postconditions: 

• The status of the Liquid Cooling Module is monitored periodically
