Notes: 

Possible conflicting situation may occur when a SW device is composed of sub-SW devices and all are declared in the LCC Device Table. The automatic propagation of the standard commands to all registered SW devices may collide with the internal propagation of those commands to the sub-SW devices by the main SW device: The dependent SW devices shall not be registered in the Device Table and rely solely on the command propagation. An error is returned if a dependent SW device is found in the Device Table. This check will be performed once at boot time, when the command SELFTST is sent to all devices found in the Device Table.
