| Release History |
Please report any issue concerning the
present data release using our Feedback Form.
WARNING: Users have reported that the Infrared data for the Chandra Deep Field South show a systematic offset at faint magnitudes. Preliminary tests have suggested that the source of the problem may have been identified. An updated release for the Chandra Deep Field South data addressing the reported problems will be advertised in the EIS Top News as soon as it becomes available.

For each data release, details on the observations, data
reduction and the final products can be found in the reference
publications, also distributed with
the Data Packages.
| Data Use Policy |
In the spirit of all the Legacy Programs, data obtained
with ESO facilities in direct support of the GOODS project will be
immediately made public worldwide (see open
letter by the ESO Director General).
Reduced imaging data and source catalogs prepared by the EIS Team will be released by ESO within few months from the
conclusion of each observing run.
Imaging and spectroscopic data obtained with ESO telescopes by proprietary programmes in the Chandra Deep Field South will also
become public worldwide via the ESO Science Archive before the release of the SIRTF/GOODS data, or after the expiration of the one year proprietary period.
