Title:All-sky Galactic radiation at 45 MHz and spectral index between 45 and 408 MHz Abstract: We present a 45 MHz all-sky survey of the sky with an angular resolution of ~ 5 degrees together with a spectral index all-sky map calculated between 45 and 408 MHz. Synchrotron is the main emission mechanism at these frequencies and thermal free-free the main source of absorption. We present spiral structure evidence at 45 MHz and constrains to the distribution and characteristics of synchrotron emissivity and ionized thermal gas in the Galaxy drawn from the spectral index map and simple tridimensional models.
