Oral title: Multiwavelength Studies of Dual AGN in BASS Oral abstract: Dual Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN) might represent a critical stage for SMBH growth and galaxy evolution. Here we present the first results from an ongoing survey aimed to study the multiwavelength properties of the dual AGN in the neary universe, z<0.1 selected from BASS in order to measure the physical properties of the ionized, atomic and molecular gas and the dust in confirmed dual AGN. In addition to providing general properties of this population, we will focus on two remarkable systems, NGC6240 and Mrk 463. They show large kpc-scale tidal features, complex gas dynamics and outflows.
