A block reservation is made with Hotel  König Ludwig (Block of 15 rooms) and Hotel am Park (Block of 10 rooms) for the period from 14 March (check-in) until 17 March (check-out).

If you want to stay longer, you will have to negotiate directly with the hotel.  This reservation is only available for those who have already registered and paid the full registration fee.
