29 September, 2014: Clarification about VISIR INSconfig

 In the P95 esoform template form the below VISIR Insconfig is not correct.

%\INSconfig{}{VISIR}{IMG N-band 76 mas/px}{Provide list of filters HERE} %\INSconfig{}{VISIR}{IMG Q-band 76 mas/px}{Provide list of filters HERE}

 ESO period 95, only the 45 mas pixel scale is offered, so this should be:

 %\INSconfig{}{VISIR}{IMG N-band 45 mas/px}{Provide list of filters HERE} %\INSconfig{}{VISIR}{IMG Q-band 45 mas/px}{Provide list of filters HERE}
