The following web form is available to request changes to your Phase 1 approved list of targets, or to your Phase 1 preselected instrument setups. For Visitor Mode users, this form shall also be used to request approval of a back-up programme (e.g. back-up targets).

This form will allow ESO to handle your requests more rapidly and more efficiently.

For security reasons, this area is password-protected and you have to enter through the  ESO User Portal.
