Below you find the following information concerning this new release:

What's new or upgraded in MIDAS 06SEPpl1.0-pl1.3?

The way how Midas has handled the Fortran to C interfaces for different architectures, which had worked well for almost 20 years, did not work anymore with the GCC 4.x.y compiler suite which is shipped with current Linux distributions. Therefore, the Fortran to C interface was redsigned from scratch and is now used for all architectures. This should solve all problems with 64bit machines (e.g. AMD 64) in the past.

All important enhancements, new developments and bugfixes can be found in the file /midas/06SEPpl1.3/prim/help/news.alq and displayed in Midas via the command
