WARNING: Users have reported that the Infrared data for the Chandra Deep Field South (DEEP2-C) show a systematic offset at faint magnitudes. Preliminary tests have suggested that the source of the problem may have been identified. An updated release for the Chandra Deep Field South data addressing the reported problems will be advertised in the EIS Top News as soon as it becomes available.

New/Updated Data Release Data Release Under Revision Superseded Data Release

For each data release, details on the observations, data reduction and the final products can be found in the reference publications, distributed with the Data Packages.

Data Use Policy

For a period of one year the distribution of all imaging data is restricted to ESO member states. Catalogs are available worldwide.
For the data releases of the DEEP-2c field (Chandra Deep Field South), both imaging data and catalogues are available worldwide.
For any publication based on data from the ESO Imaging Surveys, please read the Copyright Notice.
Infrared observations of the Deep Public Survey were carried out in collaboration between the EIS team and a group of scientists led by Copenhagen University Observatory.
