Detailed Description

Provides JDK logger style level objects for the severity levels in alma.ACSErr.Severity.

Currently the module acserr builds before acsjlog, so alma.acs.logging.AcsLogLevel is not available. Todo: Try to refactor this and remove duplication of error level classes.
