Correct for image motion in the FOS x-direction induced by the earth's magnetic fieldd (GIMP). Corrections can be made using a model of the earth's magnetic field in conjunction with detector-specific scale factors contained in Table CCS7. Alternately, offsets can be supplied to CALFOS in the Table, OFFS_TAB.
