The SHP contains telemetry values for HRS-specific software monitors and the current value table which includes calibration-critical engineering data. Software monitors such as subset pattern counter, anticoincidence counter, and radiation detector output are included. Engineering data include temperatures at various points in the instrument. The header file includes additional data used in the operation of the spacecraft, such as target name, position and velocity of the telescope, and the right ascension and declination of the target, reference object, sun, and moon. The header file also contains a variety of proposal information for the observation. The SHP files are identified by the extensions ``.SHH'' and ``.SHD''.
