Each Science Data file, Extracted Data file, and Target Acquisition file has a corresponding Data Quality file containing flags or fill values for bad data. Good data values are identified with a zero. If because of data-dropouts the data has been filled, the data quality value is sixteen. If the the data failed the Reed-Solomon error check, the data quality value is one. Data Quality files are identified by the extensions ``.Q0H'', ``.Q0D'', ``.Q1H'', ``.Q1D'', ``.XQH'', and ``.XQD'', .
