The output Data Quality file flags bad pixel values in the Calibrated Wavelength, Flux, and Propagated Statistical Error files. The files retain the information in the input data quality files (although the values change) and flag problems detected in the calibration process. Good data values are assigned a data quality value of zero. Table 3 defines bad data flags and their meanings. The Wavelength/Flux Data Quality files are identified by the extensions ``.CQH'' and ``.CQD''.
